Lego and Nintendo are once again joining forces to bring fans back to one of the most iconic worlds in gaming — Hyrule. The companies have teased a brand-new Legend of Zelda Lego set, set to release in 2026, and this time, it’s themed around the beloved Ocarina of Time.
The announcement came via a short but exciting 12-second teaser video shared by Lego on Tuesday. The clip shows Link, the series’ heroic protagonist, standing in a dark Lego-built chamber surrounded by flames, with his legendary Master Sword and Hylian Shield in hand. As he looks upward toward an unseen danger, a faint silhouette of Princess Zelda appears in the background, while the ever-talkative fairy Navi hovers nearby — a clear nod to the Ocarina of Time era.
Fans were quick to point out that this new set departs from the Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom styles seen in previous collaborations, embracing instead the classic look of Link’s green tunic and Zelda’s pink royal attire. This makes it the first major Lego tribute to the Nintendo 64 classic that defined a generation of gamers.
Adding to the anticipation, the teaser hints at the possibility of a Ganondorf minifigure — a first in Lego’s collaboration history. If true, this would mark the villain’s long-awaited Lego debut, as he remains one of the most recognizable antagonists in video game history.
This marks the second major Legend of Zelda set from Lego, following the 2024 release of the Great Deku Tree. That build was notable for its “two-in-one” design, allowing fans to create either the Breath of the Wild or Ocarina of Time version of the Deku Tree using the same pieces. Whether the upcoming set will offer a similar dual-build option remains to be seen, and Lego has yet to reveal details about the piece count or pricing.
The collaboration between Lego and Nintendo continues to expand in creative directions. Since 2020, the partnership has produced sets inspired by Super Mario Bros., Animal Crossing, and even the classic Game Boy, each one blending nostalgia with intricate Lego craftsmanship.
For now, fans can only speculate what the full Ocarina of Time build will include — possibly Hyrule Castle, the Temple of Time, or the final showdown against Ganondorf. One thing’s for sure: Lego’s return to Hyrule has reignited excitement among gamers and collectors alike.
